1. Agreement

By placing a booking through the Dawn Xplore website, you confirm that the booking information is accurate and that you accept these terms and the policies linked from this website.

2. Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed after the order is accepted and a booking number or confirmation is issued. Keep your booking number and booking QR code and present them when requested.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the booking page are the applicable package references at the time of booking. Complete payment only through the payment methods offered at checkout or another confirmed official channel. Currency conversion or bank charges may be applied by your payment provider.

4. Dates, schedules, and weather

You must select an available experience date at checkout. The scheduled takeoff time is 6:00 AM, and guests must arrive earlier for check-in and the safety briefing. Operations remain subject to weather, sea conditions, equipment readiness, and safety approval.

5. Guest responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate contact and participant information, follow crew instructions, arrive on time, and disclose any condition that may affect safe participation. The operating team may refuse or stop participation when reasonably necessary for safety.

6. Children and group bookings

A child ticket must be booked with at least one adult ticket. Age or eligibility information may be checked. The person placing a group booking is responsible for sharing these terms and safety instructions with all participants.

7. Changes and alternative experiences

When a flight cannot safely operate, we may offer a new date, a refund, or an available alternative experience. Any replacement is subject to availability and your agreement.

8. Photos and video

Photo and video services described in a package are provided for the booked guests. We will not rely on a package booking alone as consent to use an identifiable guest in public advertising; separate permission may be requested.

9. Liability and consumer rights

Outdoor and marine activities involve inherent risks. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights available under applicable consumer law.

10. Governing law and concerns

These terms are governed by applicable Indonesian law. Please contact us first with any concern so we can review the booking record and work toward a fair resolution.
